| Muzik-Aides is a Canadian owned company which started in 2006. It all came to be as a result of a partnership between a music teacher and a graphic artist educator who saw the need for durable, professional learning tools. |  |
With over 30 years of music teaching experience in early childhood, private and group piano; Joanne Barker brings a wealth of expertise in knowing what makes a fun, entertaining, child friendly learning environment. Joanne’s creative spirit and enthusiasm have translated easily into Muzik-Aides games and activities. Joanne has been teaching MYC since 2002 and currently serves as MYC Transition Coordinator & Music Pups Consultant. Joanne's students have been recognized every year since 2003 in the MYC International Composition festival, including several first place International winners! Joanne is an ORMTA member and has spoken at various conferences including the WPPC and the OMEA. She is an accomplished performer and accompanist. |

| Sue DeRochie brings 35 years of creative art and public relations to Muzik-Aides. Her marketing and promotional backgrounds lend themselves in this creative program. Her background is extensive in small business development and teaching at both primary, high school and college levels. With her own children taking piano lessons, Sue understands the need for interesting, durable and interactive learning methodologies. |  |
